Our Schools of Innovation are committed to reimagining education and providing unique learning experiences for students. Schools of Innovation have unique academic offerings that revolve around themes ranging from STEM to entrepreneurship to the arts, and they work hard to attract a diverse student body that is reflective of Nashville's population.

MNPS is hiring Licensed Teachers, including recent and upcoming graduates. Candidates who are eligible for a teaching permit may also be considered after July 1 if no licensed applicants are available (a Bachelor's degree is required).

MNPS is also hiring Guidance Counselors, Librarians, and school support staff, including Classroom Associates, Paraprofessionals, Campus Support, Bookkeepers, and more!
