The Job Fair will take place in the Salon III room.
Exhibitor set up is between 10:00am and 10:45am.
The Exhibitors will have coffee and pastries in the event room from 10:00am - 11:00am.
Electrical outlets within the event space are limited and advance planning is required. Exhibitors needing electric should contact JobFairX no later than Tuesday, December 10th to make arrangements. It will not be possible to add electric on the day of the event.
WIFI is $195 per connection.
Parking is a discounted $10 for the 1st hour and $8 each additional hour. Please pick up a discount parking pass at the registration table. The VTA light rail station is across the street from the hotel as well as VTA busses.
