POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Field Manager:
The field manager is completely responsible for the success of his or her projects including safety, interviewing and hiring crewmen, client contact, enhancement sales, production, and overall quality of service. Ideal candidates will have an excellent academic or work track record, have a good knowledge of plant material and horticultural practices, be well organized and detail oriented. A degree in landscape contracting, horticulture or business management is a plus.

Crew Member:
Crewmembers are responsible for performing landscape maintenance on commercial properties as directed by field managers. Responsibilities include: operating various mowing and finishing equipment, performing labor functions, mulching, installation, etc. Ideal candidates will have previous industry experience, a willingness to deliver quality workmanship, and a strong work ethic. Great pay, benefits, and opportunities exist for training and growth! Must be able to pass pre-employment screening and be able to lift 50lbs routinely. Hours are typically 40-45 per week, M-F.
