Potbelly Sandwich Shop is hiring for Shift Leaders, Hourly Associates-- Sandwich Makers, Food Prep, and Delivery Drivers!

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is continuing its expansion in Fort Collins! We are opening several new shops this year and we are looking for strong leaders to help establish and grow this Chicago-born cult-classic in your neighborhood! We have over 350 company-owned shops across the country already, and more shop openings means more opportunities for you to grow and develop and move up and along the Potbelly Path.
As one of our hourly Associates you will get the experience of a lifetime. Customer Service is our forte so you must like to make people REALLY happy. We also sell A LOT of sandwiches so you need to like to work in a fast paced environment as well. If you're looking to show off your sandwich making skills, meet awesome people on a daily basis, have something to do in between your classes, or just make some extra cash (did I mention we pay really well?), then Potbelly is the place for you.

The Shift Leader role is our hourly management role, where you are the point person in charge when the manager is not there. It's the first step on your path to management.

In all of these roles, we are looking for the desire to be a part of a team that values Positive Energy, Teamwork, Creating Potbelly "fans" and Integrity. If you are applying for a Bikers' position, you will also need to provide your own bike to ride and helmet, which you are required to wear. Also, you must have excellent biking skills so you can arrive to our customers, safely!
