Customer Service Rep, 1st Shift - Multiple Openings (Middlesex County)
Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, handling complaints and shipping and receiving functions in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include phone duties, greeting visitors, scheduling and other clerical duties as directed.

Tyler Distribution Centers / Non-Union Warehouse Openings:
Warehouse Supervisor, 2nd Shift - 2 Openings (Middlesex County)
General responsibility for coordinating all warehouse activity on a daily, shift or team basis. Responsible for leading or supervising the receiving, storage, and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives. Must have at least 2-5 years' prior experience in a warehouse supervisory position. 2nd Shift Hours: 4:30pm - 1:00am

Port Jersey Logistics / Office Openings:
Account Coordinator - Cranbury, NJ
The Account Coordinator should have 2 years of sales experience with the desire to become a Business Development Manager. As an Account Coordinator, your responsibility is to work with all existing clients to explore additional opportunities which could utilize all of Port Jersey Logistics' services. This position will be focused working with the existing customer base to understand their business model and needs to drive new opportunities and revenue growth.

Customer Service Lead - Edison, NJ
The Customer Service Lead (CSL) serves as a key resource supporting the Facility Manager and Customer Service Manager. CSL will maintain ownership of key customer accounts and/or selected customer accounts to ensure all customer accounts by facility are effectively supported. They will be entrusted to serve as an escalation point for customer issues. CSL's will require to provide support the Customer Service Representatives by providing ongoing coaching and guidance to all team members.

Continental Logistics / Office Openings:
Logistics Coordinator - Edison, NJ
As a Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for negotiations with carriers to ensure cost effective, accurate movement of product. Process freight claims, billing and payment of freight charges for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as team members throughout the Company.

Carrier Onboarding & Monitoring Coordinator - Edison, NJ
The Carrier Onboarding & Monitoring position will act as the primary individual inside of Continental Logistics who will oversee our current carrier onboarding and compliance monitoring processes. This individual will also focus on continuously improving these processes as a team member working in harmony with operations management.
Brokerage Pricing Coordinator - Edison, NJ
The Brokerage Pricing Coordinator, coordinates and prepares quality pricing analytics and price books ensure timely, accurate and effective submissions and responses to all internal and external customers.
