Production
This is a "hands on" production operation role.
Physical Qualifications:
Must be able to physically perform the essential functions of the role as outlined.
Using fingers, hands, wrists, arms, and shoulders, must be able to remove viscera from turkeys using a scooping motion, using either hand, into the bottom of the bird, rinsing hand after every bird.
Must be able to bend, reach, and stand for 8 hours or the duration of the shift, sometimes in a wet environment.
Must be able to lift on average 2 - 4 lbs. using accepted lifting techniques.
