Join us as we discuss “Hiring for Today’s Workforce” on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at the Ron Pearson Center in West Des Moines.  
Keynote speakers and breakout sessions with subject matter experts will focus on creative solutions for developing your workforce. Topics include employment law, untapped labor pools, cultural diversity and more.
An exciting part of this conference is the reverse career. This reverse career fair will allow job candidates an opportunity to showcase their achievements and talents to potential employers through a display/presentation. Employers have an opportunity to circulate among the candidates' booths, introduce themselves and learn about the individual's skills and abilities that meet their hiring needs.
The event is scheduled for  8:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
SHRM and HRCI Credits awarded.
Lunch will be provided.
