Caine & Weiner is an established company with an 87 year history of delivering results for our clients. We are looking to staff numerous part-time and full-time positions. No experience necessary will train. 30-40 hours/week available; some flexibility with hours; day and evening shifts available; excellent for students in college or people tired of the retail environment with inconsistent hours.

We are located close to the Metro bus line!
Near the intersection of the 101 and 405 freeways!

Parking:
Park in the Target parking garage (no charge) or in the street

Now Hiring For:
-Customer Service/Collections
-Consumer Collections
-Commercial collections
-Essential functions:

Manage a portfolio of accounts
-Handle inbound and out bound calls according to company policies and procedures
-Negotiate payments, settlements and payment programs according to company guidelines
-Meet department call and collection goals
-Enter results into collection system using keyboard/computer
-Adhere to compliance standards and practices

Experience in the following a plus, but not necessary:
-Telephone/dialer
-Data entry
-Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking
