The Job Fair will take place in the Brooklyn South room.
Exhibitor set up is between 10:00am and 10:45am.
The Exhibitors lunch will be served from 12:30pm - 2:00pm.
Electrical outlets within the event space are limited and advance planning is required. Exhibitors needing electric should contact JobFairX no later than Tuesday, October 15th to make arrangements. It will not be possible to add electric on the day of the event.
WIFI is complimentary.
Parking is provided by parking garages nearby. Be aware there are costs involved. There are subway and train stops near to the hotel. Additionally, you will find a link to the Hilton Brooklyn Maps & Directions that explains driving instructions as well as parking rates (in the left-hand column).
