Action Home Appliance is looking for hard-working, motivated:
Appliance Sales candidates,
Assistant Store Managers,
eager to join a great team at a growing luxury appliance company. Previous Appliance Sales experience is preferred but will consider other experience on a case by case basis. 40/hr work week will include some evening and weekend hours. We Are The Best and only want to work with the Best!!

plus generous uncapped sales commission potential between 60k to 80k per year !!!

Great new location in Las Vegas (15,000 Sq Ft Sales floor) Our product pricing does ALL the heavy lifting and this is a great company to grow with!! We are planning on opening several more locations in 2019!

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting customers in an inviting and positive manner
Use product knowledge to assist the customer in selecting the equipment to best meet their needs.
Accurately and efficiently process sales orders and track them through the delivery/installation or pickup process
Participate in on and off-site meetings, training, and events as required
Help to grow our culture of teamwork and unity through positivity
Maintain and Merchandise Sales Floor, keep it in "presentation ready" condition (cleaning, tagging, etc.)
Professional Retail Sales, communication through the use of phone and email, resolving customers' issues, data entry, and basic computer work, Cultivate both Pipeline and Multiple sales funnels

Competencies:
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Previous Commissioned Retail Sales experience required (MINIMUM 1 YEAR)
Appliance Experience a huge plus
Strong computer skills
Customer-focused and team-oriented
BiLingual a plus
Must pass a background check, and have reliable transportation.
