Accredited Debt Relief is a well established and rapidly growing financial services/debt relief company recently named best place to work in San Diego by the San Diego Business Journal and we are looking for the best Inside Sales Reps / Account Executives in UTC/Mission Valley. This is a full time inside sales position starting soon - leads provided, no cold calling!

Responsibilities Include:

-Use a consultative sales approach and offer our clients an array of debt consolidation related products and provide them solutions to their immediate needs
-Close sales and achieve monthly quotas as assigned
-Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest with a positive attitude at all times
-Participate in team meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
-Conduct ongoing customer needs, analysis, and research of customer requirements through first party resources with no cold calling!!!
-Requirements/Qualifications:

Prior sales experience highly preferred but not required

-Must possess strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills with excellent interpersonal skills
-Aptitude for problem solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers using a consultative sales approach
-Flexible style, perseverance, and interpersonal savvy
-Ability to work a full-time schedule and use Microsoft Applications efficiently
-Must possess telephone sales and ability to close
-Be enthusiastic self-motivated to reach sales goals
