Re-Entry Job Fair & Expo | Thursday, August 2, 2018
In partnership with Southern Maryland JobSource & Tri-County Council for Southern Maryland, providing opportunities for individuals who are unemployed, underemployed, and looking for work.
The Re-Entry Job Fair is intended to provide second chance employment opportunity for anyone who has trouble obtaining employment due to background checks.
Please join the Southern MD JobSource on Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm for our 2nd Chance Job Fair ' Everybody Deserves a 2nd Chance'.  Come out and meet with up to 20 local businesses ready to hire you and learn from local community partners what resources are available in your area to assist you in moving forward!  All participants must also be registered in the Maryland Workforce Exchange to attend this event.  You can self register at www.mwejobs.maryland.gov.

**Attend the Re-Entry Resume & Interview Workshop on Monday, July 30, 2018 from 9 am - 3 pm for one on one assistance to update your resume and get interview tips in preparation for the Re-Entry Job Fair on 8/2/18.  Register on the Maryland Workforce Exchange at https://mwejobs.maryland.gov or call 301-645-8712 for more information.  Those candidates that attend the Re-Entry Resume & Interview Workshop will receive priority in obtaining a private interview with at least one employer of choice on the day of the job fair.
