The Job Fair will take place in the Vanderbilt room.Exhibitor set up is between 10:00am and 10:45am.The Exhibitors lunch will be served from 12:30pm - 2:00pm.Electrical outlets within the event space are limited and advance planning is required. Exhibitors needing electric should contact JobFairX no later than Monday, September 30th to make arrangements.  It will not be possible to add electric on the day of the event.WIFI is complimentary.The discounted self parking rate is $5 plus tax and is payable to the front desk. This rate is only available at the front desk, not the automated kiosk. Valet Parking is $15
