Benefits:

• Hourly pay ranges from $16.50 - $18.00, depending on experience
• Night Shift & Flexible schedule required for Plant Maintenance positions
• Hourly pay ranges from $20 - $26 for Plant Maintenance positions
• $1.00 Shift Differential Pay for Night Shifts
• $1,000 Sign On Bonus paid within 6 months, for all positions

Job Requirements (All Positions):
• Heavy Equipment Experience preferred (not required)
• Experience working in a Plant/Mine preferred (not required)
• Ability to work safely
• Quality Work Ethic
• No CDL Required for any position
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Plant Maintenance Additional Requirements:
• Mechanical Maintenance experience
• Experience rebuilding equipment

All duties require outside assignments and the ability to work in all weather conditions:
• Heat, cold, wet or dry and dusty.
• Must be able to work in areas where noise levels are up to 85 dbs.
