FinTech Atlanta will be hosting its annual Student Summit on Wednesday, October 10th from 8:30am to 2:00pm at 250 Williams Street in Atlanta, GA. Students and faculty from area Universities are be invited to learn about the FinTech industry, hear from current Atlanta-area FinTech thought leaders and speak directly with companies about internships and post-graduation employment.
 
This event will include:

A keynote/panel session (topics may include: general conversation re: fintech industry, lessons learned in starting a company, your career path, etc.)

Quick pitches (2-3 min.) from participating FinTech companies introducing their organizations, what they do, what kind of opportunities are available and what they’re looking for in a candidate.

Networking session for students and faculty with the opportunity to visit each company’s table to learn more about the company and available internships and employment opportunities

Similar FinTech Atlanta events have drawn 100-200 students and faculty; this year, we expect up to 400 students from universities such as Auburn University, the University of Alabama, Clark Atlanta University, Clemson University, Emory University, Georgia State University, Georgia Tech, the University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University, Mercer University and Oglethorpe University.
