Workforce Solutions  in conjunction with the City of Houston Community Reentry Network Program, are hosting a “2nd Chance Job Fair” for returning citizens, commonly referred to as ex-offenders  or any person having had any involvement with the criminal justice system.  Community Re-Entry Network Program (CRNP) purpose is to work in partnership with the community to assess, plan, and implement effective strategies to reduce recidivism, increase public safety, and successfully assist and support ex-offenders in their transition in becoming productive, contributing members of the Houston community.
