Pursuing a Career in Management or Leadership: Advice on Building Out Your Skills Toolbox                      Are you looking at pursuing a career in business in the disciplines of management and leadership?  Are you already in a field and looking to make the jump to a supervisory, management or leadership position?  This small group coaching session will focus on what skills you may need to add to your skills toolbox and how to put in place a plan to continually add to your toolbox as your career moves forward.  
Robots, Artificial Intelligence and the Jobs of the Future                                                                                          The face of work is changing every day, and studies show that many of the jobs people will have five years from now are jobs that don’t yet exist. At the forefront of this massive change, is the impact that artificial intelligence and robots are having on the workplace.  This session will look at what is happening in these two areas, some of the truths and myths associated with them, how they are impacting jobs as we know them today and how they may well change jobs in the future.  The session will then lead naturally into how we, as working professionals, can prepare ourselves for that future.
