(The Mill West Annex is directly to the right of Rock 101 WGIR in the building behind our administrative office at 195 McGregor Street, Manchester, and across the street from Alpha Bits Learning Center)

What is a Life Skills Coach?
A Life Skill Coaches (A.K.A. Direct Support Professionals) is a mentors who encourages and supports individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in the development of the skills needed to successfully integrate into the community and pursue opportunities for employment. As a Life Skills Coach you’ll help connect individuals with our local community through therapeutic recreation & music, art, cooking, crafts, swimming, volunteer and employment opportunities and much more. 
All new employees are provided comprehensive training in our recreational program, including but not limited to: personal care, MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior), CPR and First Aide. The Life Skill Coach position provides great career potential for individuals who want to work as Job Coaches, Community Support Specialists, Employment Specialists and advanced Direct Support Professionals throughout The Moore Center. 
Full time hours are 8:00am-3:30pm or 7:30am-3:00 pm – NO NIGHTS or WEEKENDS!
