The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking Make Ready Technicians for our established Garland, TX apartment community. We invite skilled maintenance/make ready/construction pros seeking a career and not just another job to attend our on-site job fair Friday for an in-person interview.

Responsibilities:
•Prepares or assists in preparing all vacant apartments to a market ready condition
•Performs various community maintenance functions
•Assists in keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
•Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
