A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER CARE REP
To start we’ve got our whole training process mapped out and organized for you, so you will understand everything about this position in no time. Training is very thorough and does move quickly, so we do ask that you come prepared and willing to learn every day during your training period. Once training is complete we are ready for a graduation celebration.
On a daily basis you will primarily be engaging with our customers over the phone. You’ll be there to answer their billing questions, take payments, assist them with pricing information and help place their service orders. If you ever have any questions or need some help, you’ll be surrounded by a helpful team of colleagues, leads and supervisors to jump in and assist.
SO, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO WORK FOR SPECTRUM?
You’re eager to learn and ready for a new challenge! You’ve worked in fast paced environments before, maybe a call center, maybe not, but you’ve got experience working with customers. Working with computers comes naturally to you and it’s easy for you to juggle talking with a customer and researching an account on the computer.
Customers are your number one focus. You enjoying helping customers through billing questions and requests and you’re ready for a career, not just your next job.
