Front-of-the-House Staff

You will be the face of the business! Located at the front of the café and market, you are the first and last impression for our customers. The ideal candidate for this role is an energetic person with a positive attitude. We are looking for employees that are motivated to provide quality service and create a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion
-Ensure all sales transactions are accurately entered into the cash register
- Serve and handle food and beverage as needed
- Replenishes condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas
- Follow and comply with established procedures, health and sanitation and safe work practices
- Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time

Qualifications and Skills:
- Friendly attitude and team player who will contribute to our culture
- Strong communication and excellent customer service skills
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, demanding environment
-Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs; hours will mostly be during the daytime and will include week days, weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time

Kitchen Staff

Looking for breakfast and lunch staff who know a thing or two about baked goods, omelettes, sandwiches, paninis, soups, salad, etc.! Hours are 6 AM to 2 PM, have your afternoons free!

Your skills and culinary ingenuity are what will set us apart from other restaurants! The ideal candidate for this role will be ambitious and passionate about making great food. We are looking for energetic team members who will deliver an exceptional product while working in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
-Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, etc.)
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-Clean up station and take care of leftover food
-Stock inventory appropriately
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Qualifications and Skills:
-Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
-Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
-Familiar with industry's best practices
