For more than 40 years, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) as well as other staff have been providing compassion, love, and support to our residents and their families. We are an extended network of trained professionals, dedicated support-staff, volunteers, caregivers, and donors.

Qualifications:

This is a rewarding role for candidates who are looking to give back to others. Richmond candidates should be hard working, enthusiastic about helping others, and strong critical thinkers. One should have excellent time management skills and will be able to work well with a team of other support staff.

Requirements:
Minimum of High School or GED
Minimum 21 years of age
Clean Driver's License with 3 years of driving experience
Ability to lift 60lbs and push a wheel chair
Direct Support Professional salary will be more for candidates that have experience in the field.
