Uniform or business casual. Please bring at least 10 copies of a resume if you are separating in the next 120 days or are currently available. If you are more than 120 days from separation a resume is not required (but suggested) and you are strongly encouraged to attend to learn more about each company and where their opportunities are in the US and what skills they seek and whether any additional licensing or certification is needed to be a viable candidate.
Some employers may bring hiring managers with them. Please allocate enough time to spend at the career fair in the event you are asked if you'd like to interview on the spot.
