Leasing Professional
This exciting role encompasses sales, customer service and marketing skills. The primary responsibility of this position is to lease apartments through product demonstration and implementing marketing strategies. Other responsibilities include resident retention and customer satisfaction for the current residents and prospective residents. Administrative duties include completing lease paperwork, updating web advertising and inquiries, and completing leasing reports. Maintaining up to date market information and product knowledge of major competitors is key to the success of this role. This is done through site visits, internet research and telephone calls.

Assistant Community Manager
You're the detail oriented person the Community Manager relies on to keep all resident files up-to-date. Ensuring that payments are received in a timely manner from all residents and dealing with delinquencies is your primary function. Your role will include collecting rent, reviewing and approving Statements of Deposit Accounts and preparing/ delivering all legal and formal notices. In this job, you will keep an accurate schedule of move-in dates and ensure that move-outs are in accordance to state law and company standards Your role in providing excellent customer service to our residents as well as assisting in managing the turnover process is essential in the community's ability to secure new leases and renew leases with current residents.

Community Manager
In this very important role you will maintain a level of excellence by using the Gables 10 Pledges of Customer Service. As the Community Manager you will use your leadership skills to achieve the highest possible net operating income. You will be responsible for implementing effective cost control and revenue improvement programs. You will also develop yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans, which you will send to the Regional Manager. Sharing your skills, you will provide training, motivation and supervision to all staff and ensure group training sessions are conducted as needed. In addition, you will maintain your product knowledge by educating yourself about our competition and knowing the demographics of your property's market area.

Service Technician
As #1 support to our service manager, you'll assist with a variety of duties including maintaining our property in accordance with operating/safety standards and ensuring service requests and repairs are timely and correct. You will also assist with technical training, communicating and motivating staff to a team-level of top performance as well as purchasing supplies and obtaining bids with management supervision. Your role in delivering excellent customer service to our residents as well as assisting in the cleanliness and marketability of the community is essential in the community's ability to secure new leases and renew leases with current residents.

Service Manager
This key role has responsibility for maintaining the asset in the best possible condition and insuring compliance with safety standards. You will organize, prioritize and ensure that service requests and repairs are correct and completed in a timely manner and oversee/perform turnkey operations and inspections to ensure units are rent ready as needed. You will also be expected to maintain preventive maintenance to avoid downtime resulting from emergency/service repairs and keep your service department efficient, profitable and consistent with the property owner's high standards. You will be responsible to manage your department's expenses to stay with in budgeted guidelines as well as seek cost saving measures. Your role in delivering excellent customer to our residents as well as assisting in the cleanliness and marketability of the community is essential in the community's ability to secure new leases and renew leases with current residents.
