We are searching for a highly-motivated field underwriter whom we can train. We are looking to hire a capable, people-person with a strong desire to help others and, as a result, is willing to put their heart and soul into his or her work.
This is an in-home sales position. We have an incredible commission structure that provides you with a very lucrative opportunity.

Our Lead Generation System
Our proven sales system and streamlined lead generation system ensures there is NO cold calling involved. The system puts you in front of interested, qualified buyers who have a need for the product.
This proven sales system has revolutionized the insurance industry and that is what allows our agents to make over $100k in the very first year regardless of experience.
With a willingness to learn, you will be able to find tremendous success using our proven sales system and amazing team support. As long as you grow yourself, follow the system and use the support available to you, you will not fail.

Basic Job Description
We are looking for a field underwriter who will receive the applications of interested homeowners and then call and set an appointment to sit down with them at their home. In about 45 minutes, you will review their options and help them pick out the best mortgage protection plan for their specific needs and budget. Our full-time agents typically sit with 8 to 15 families per week. Some of our agents start on a part-time basis and gradually increase to full-time.

Commissions as a New Agent
Typically, the commission on a mortgage protection product is about $600 per family that you protect. Our average full-time underwriter sells 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans a week ($3000 - $6000 per week). We have extensive training on how these products work and how to sell them.
