JOB REQUIREMENTS
•              Prior title pawn experience strongly preferred
•              Previous supervisory/management and leadership experience
•              Retail lending, banking, and/or collections experience
•              Proficient and professional communication skills
•              Computer knowledge
•              Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus
