Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Key Holders, and Sales Associates NEEDED!

Earthbound Trading Company is now looking for dynamic, high-energy people to join our team at the brand new #490 Salisbury location!

Store Manager:
Job Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:

Store Managers are in charge of all day-to-day operations of the store. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Sales and excellent customer relationships
• Ensuring the sales floor is staffed with an excellent sales team
• Making sure the floor is properly merchandised with freight to the floor within 48 hours
• Inventory control, administrative, and banking responsibilities

Job requirements:
• Must be a great salesperson and possess excellent customer service skills
• Retail management experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, have dependable transportation and self-motivation skills
• Possess a personality that supports efficiency, inspirational leadership qualities, and a can do attitude.

Assistant Store Manager:
Job Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:
Assistant Store Managers are in charge of all day-to-day operations of the store. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Making sure the floor is properly merchandised with freight to the floor within 48 hours
• Inventory control and banking responsibilities
• Managing the store in the manager's absence
• Assistance with training and coaching for all team members

Job requirements:
• Must be a great salesperson and possess excellent customer service skills
• Previous sales experience required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, have dependable transportation and self-motivation skills
• Possess a personality that supports efficiency, inspirational leadership qualities, and a can do attitude.

Key Holder:
Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:
Key holders are in charge of:
• Assisting the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager with all day-to-day operations of the store
• Making sure the floor is properly merchandised with freight to floor within 48 hours
• Inventory control and banking responsibilities
• Completing all tasks assigned to them, such as, but not limited to:
o Housekeeping duties
o Stocking and pricing products

Job requirements:
• Must be a great salesperson and possess excellent customer service skills
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, have dependable transportation and self-motivation skills
• Possess a personality that supports efficiency, inspirational leadership qualities, and a can do attitude.

Sales Associates:
Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:
Sales Associates are responsible for:
• Assisting customers with the emphasis of total and exemplary sales service
• Ringing sales and completing all routine sales transactions
• Completing all tasks assigned to them, such as, but not limited to:
o Housekeeping duties
o Stocking and pricing products

Job requirements:
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, have dependable transportation and self-motivation skills
• Possess a personality that supports efficiency, inspirational leadership qualities, and a can do attitude.
