All 10th & 12th grade students from Brillion, Chilton, Hilbert, New Hostein, and Stockbridge High Schools will be attending this event from 8:45AM - 2:25PM. Some students will be searching for jobs (especially seniors who do not intend to pursue post secondary training at this time) and others will be looking for career information (what a great way to let them know about the careers at your company!). In addition to student interaction throughout the day, a featured presentation at lunch will help you connect with additional students (both now and in the future).
After the student portion of the day has concluded, the event floor will transition to a community job fair from 3:30-5:30PM and the general public is invited to attend. With the tight labor market, plan active recruitment that might include on-site screening, interviews, and offers (or, at a minimum, make plans for how you will follow up with job seekers you meet during the fair).
Due to the dual purpose of this event, please plan to staff accordingly (do you have young industry professionals who should attend the morning session to connect with students? And, do you want to have hiring managers and HR representation at the afternoon job fair?). In addition, plan to have your booth staffed throughout the entire day.
Each booth will have pipe & drape, a 42" skirted table, 2 director chairs and a company nameplate. If needed, registered companies should plan to bring their own internet hot spots and fully charged laptops. Up to two lunches will be provided per booth (please specify the quantity of lunches you'd like to order at registration).
Additional event details will be communicated closer to the event and an event reminder will be sent to all registered companies one week prior to the fair.
