Jodi Eisenstadt, Esq., SPHR investigates workplace complaints, coaches abrasive leaders, and provides customized experiential training programs on topics such as: Building Culture Through Communication, Creating a Workplace Communication Plan that Works, That Wasn't What I Intended, What You Wish You Knew Before Your Promotion, and How to Conduct a Fair and Unbiased Workplace Investigation. A recovering employment lawyer, Jodi is a Senior Professional in Human Resources, a certified mediator from the Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago, and a member of the Illinois bar.  Prior to establishing her own firm, Jodi practiced employment law at the Chicago Transit Authority and worked as an associate with several highly respected Chicago law firms.  Jodi earned her Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
