Customer Service Representative
Arrow Exterminators of Atlanta, GA is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based upon experience.

A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative:
As a customer service representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for any of our internal or external customers. With incoming phone calls, you will act as a detective to determine any problem and find a solution to every issue. Whether you assist in scheduling a service, taking a payment, or updating customer files, you put the minds of our customers at ease. Additionally, you will work diligently to connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid. B2B Sales Representative Duties - As an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator, You will wake up excited to meet new clients and work on prospective business deals every day. You take pride in keeping appointments as scheduled and in performing prompt follow-up. Building a strong rapport comes naturally to you as you enjoy networking with potential commercial customers. You will survey, estimate, and counsel clients on their pest control options. You perform property inspections to assess pest prevention needs. You use your sales skills to offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain the associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately. As a result of using the sales process that we have trained you in, you are very successful in this position. You enjoy meeting new people, working at new locations, and that no two days are exactly the same. Carpenter
Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Carpenter to provide uncompromised service to our customers through proper execution of general carpentry work including gutters, siding, doors, windows, trim, sheetrock, framing, decks, painting, soffit and facia repair, moisture barriers and vent installation, etc. This is an hourly earning position that is based on experience.

A Day in the Life of a Carpenter
In this position, you will work independently in fulfilling services to our customers. This includes scheduling services with customers, driving and maintaining a company vehicle, and gathering necessary tools and materials to complete each project. Through your excellent customer service skills, you will explain the process of the services you provide and answer any additional questions. Your knowledge in written, verbal, or diagram instructions will be crucial in delivering an uncompromised service to our customers. To ensure a thorough job, you will polish off your project by cleaning up your area of work and collecting on any payments due. With your hard-working attitude and attention to detail, you will help your service center achieve company goals and provide an experience that can’t be beat!

Minimum Qualifications:

Inside Sales Representative
Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Inside Sales Representative to sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone. They will also provide administrative support to service centers by answering phones, scheduling services, and managing payment data. This position requires exceptional customer service and is also required to meet daily call volume standards. This position earns an hourly rate plus commissions.

Pest Control / Wildlife Technicians
You will provide uncompromised service to Arrow's residential and commercial wildlife control customers through exclusion, trapping, and removal of wildlife. Exclusion includes sealing, caulking, or installation of sheet metal to soffits, gutter lines, roof ridges, vents, and voids etc. This work is often done from rooftops or ladders and may require basic carpentry.
