Adecco staffing will be holding a Job Fair on Tuesday April 17th from 10 AM to 2 PM for the positions discussed below!

Location of Job Fair: 1600 W. Broadway Rd. Suite 350

- Executive/Administrative Assistance ($40 - $50k) (Location - North Phoenix I-17 and 101)
o Manage executive calendars including but not limited to; planning and scheduling meetings, conference calls, accepting
and/or declining and/or rescheduling meetings for executives and sending out meeting requests on their behalf. Handle
scheduling of business appointments.
o Make and/or coordinate travel arrangements including but not limited to; arrangements related to booking commercial flights,
hotels, ground transportation and updating itineraries for both domestic and international travel as required. Coordinating
itineraries with others.
o Prepare and edit correspondence and communications.
o Coordinate meeting set-ups including video conference set-up, ordering food/beverages, preparation of agenda and/or other
meeting materials for meetings. vendors and guests.
o Event planning responsibilities including but not limited to; planning corporate events, booking related travel and hotel
o Support the HR Director with administrative duties as assigned and be the first point of contact for Corporate employee
o Flexible work hours may include weekends, early morning and/or late evening depending on business needs.
Requirement for this position:
- Minimum five years of experience supporting top level executive
- Bachelor's Degree
- Exceptional administrative and office management skills
- Mac experience and Microsoft Office Suite


- Bilingual Customer Service Administrator (Pay $12 - $14 an hour + bonus) (Location-Alma School and Broadway)

o Assisting customers with loan applications
o Greeting customers
o Answering phones to discuss client needs
o Collecting payments
Requirements for this position:
- Bi-Lingual(English/Spanish)
- 1 Year General Work Experience
We will be staffing for several other office administrator roles and welcome you to come in to register so that you are made aware of these positions. These roles will include customer service, call center, and general admin! We are excited to have you in!
