Two separate job fair rooms: Technical job seekers and non-technical job seekers.

No more wondering if you are talking to a viable candidate! Job seekers will have color coded name tags identifying themselves: Technical (non sales), Technical Sales, Non-Technical (non sales), Non-Technical Sales and Recruiter Job Seeker. Recruiters will have their own color coded name tag.
